32Thirty Financial is built on the combined strengths of its three partners: Travis Minegar, Matthew Haffemann, and Zachary Sippl. Each partner brings unique experience and expertise to the financial services industry. Travis calls Minnesota home, having been born and raised in La Crescent, while Matthew and Zachary are proud natives of Central Wisconsin.

Minnesota and Wisconsin were the 32nd and 30th states admitted to the United States, an origin reflected in our firm’s name, 32Thirty Financial. Our identity is rooted in the places we come from and the values we were raised with. By bringing together our diverse backgrounds, we’re able to deliver a collaborative approach that best serves our clients across the region.

Meet the Team

Travis Minegar, FSCP, Financial Planner & Partner

Travis graduated from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with his bachelor’s degree and has worked in the financial services industry since 2013. He currently serves as a Financial Planner for 32Thirty Financial.

A native of La Crescent, Minnesota, Travis continues to call the community home, where he lives with his wife, Laura, their daughter, Maddie, and their two dogs. He has earned the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®) designation through The American College and is committed to ongoing education to continually enhance the service he provides to clients.

Deeply involved in his community, Travis remains an active participant in various local initiatives and organizations throughout La Crescent. He has also qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) multiple times, an achievement that reflects both his professional dedication and the trust his clients place in him

Matthew Haffemann, Financial Planner & Partner

Matthew is originally from Merrill, Wisconsin, and made his way to the La Crosse area to attend the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance. He quickly fell in love with the community and chose to make the La Crosse region his permanent home.

Matthew has been in the financial services industry since 2014 and serves as a Financial Planner for 32Thirty Financial. He currently resides in La Crescent, Minnesota with his wife, Marissa; their sons, Hudson and Karson; and their goldendoodle, Mazie.

Dedicated to his clients and his craft, Matthew has also qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) multiple times, an accomplishment that reflects his commitment to excellence and the trust his clients place in him

Zachary Sippl, Financial Planner & Partner

Zachary grew up in Wausau, Wisconsin before making his way to the La Crosse area to attend the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance. He now resides in La Crescent, Minnesota.

Since entering the financial services industry in 2018, Zachary has served as a Financial Planner for 32Thirty Financial. He specializes in working with clients who are beginning to plan for retirement as well as those who are in the early stages of building their overall financial strategy. His approachable style and dedication to client education help individuals feel confident as they navigate the financial decisions ahead.
