Why 32Thirty Financial?
32Thirty has three partners, Travis Minegar, Matthew Haffemann, & Zachary Sippl. Each partner brings different expertise and skills to the Financial Services world. Travis calls Minnesota home as he was born and raised in La Crescent, Minnesota. Matthew and Zachary call Wisconsin home as they are originally from the Central Wisconsin area.
Minnesota and Wisconsin are the 32nd and 30th states in the United States, respectively, and the sole reason behind our firm’s name. In 2024 the firm grew and added another ream member, Bryce Kostman. Bryce will help the firm continue to grow with the support of the three partners. The team at 32Thirty allows partners to bring their knowledge together from various backgrounds, to better serve our clientele in an area where our roots run deep, in the places we call home. We integrate the values we were raised on into our firm to provide our clientele with the utmost loyalty, integrity, and putting your best interests first. Meet the Team
Travis Minegar, FSCP, Financial Planner & Partner
Travis graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he earned his bachelors degree. He has been in the financial services industry since 2013 and serves as a Financial Planner for 32Thirty Financial. He is originally from La Crescent, Minnesota and resides there with his wife, Laura, daughter, Maddie, and two dogs. Travis has earned his Financial Services Certified Professional designation from the American College. Travis believes strongly in continuing his education to better serve the firm’s clientele and is a very active member in his home community of La Crescent. Travis has qualified for Million Dollar Round Table 5 times.
Matthew Haffemann, Financial Planner & Partner
Matthew is originally from Merrill, Wisconsin and he found his way to the La Crosse area where he attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and earned a bachelors degree in Finance. Matthew loved the La Crosse area and decided to call it home. He has been in the financial services industry since 2014 and serves as a Financial Planner for 32Thirty Financial. Currently he resides in La Crescent, Minnesota with his Wife, Marissa, son, Hudson, and goldendoodle, Mazie. Matthew has also qualified for Million Dollar Round Table 6 times.
Zachary Sippl, Financial Planner & Partner
Zachary originally called Wausau, Wisconsin home until he found his way to La Crosse where he attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Zachary currently resides in La Crescent, Minnesota. He earned his bachelors degree in Finance and has been in the financial services industry since 2018. Zachary serves as a Financial Planner for 32Thirty Financial and specializes in working with our clientele who are looking to start planning for retirement or are just starting to build their financial strategy.
Bryce Kostman, Financial Planner
Bryce is originally from Eau Caire, Wisconsin where he grew up on a boat every second he could. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he fell in love with the Mississippi River. Bryce and his girlfriend Brystal are eager to start their careers with local firms here in the great city of La Crosse. Bryce is dedicated to serving our clients and creating an impact in his community.
